Have you have tried warm milk with ground nutmegs ?
Also it has been proven that eating kiwi fruits before going to bed is a real help.
I have never had a problem sleeping but reducing fizzy drinks. Coffee . Alcohol and anything with caffiene will help.
reading a book may help.
take up meditation which i have practised and is great for relaxation in general.
Let me know how you get on ....

I don't sleep either but I think mine is more due to my bed than anything, memory foam mattress too hard and cannot seem to find the right pillows to be comfortable either |

Bananas can aid sleep, they contain melatonin and serotonin to sooth you, and magnesium which is a muscle relaxant
Best about 1hr to 30 mins beforehand though |

You have my sympathy, I'm a terrible sleeper, generally get 3/4 hours a night. On that basis I'm probably not the best one to give advice but, I quite quickly know of I'm going to sleep or not, if I can't I get out of bed and do something else, no point staying in bed stressing over it. Just get up and do something until you get the sleep urge then get back to bed.
I get loads of work done through the night, I'm actually not sure how I ever coped when I slept through lol x |
