I’ve a PhD Eng so my opinion may be at odds with a genuine medical practitioner.

Your fine it will work its way out the system. Drink plenty of fluid usually take some diorlyte. You can get this from the pharmacy. Its halve life is around 12 hours

Stupidity really. I was having dinner and talking. Knocked a bit of broccoli off my plate and as it was only family and not in a restaurant, i picked up the little bits of broccoli and absentmindedly ate them. There were lilies on the table and i had about 5 or 6 stamens. |
