I've been working really hard lately and not getting much rest. Although I don't feel stressed or depressed I do feel mentally exhausted and my sex drive has dropped off a cliff.

Has anyone experienced the same?

Yes, that's what happens to me when I don't get enough rest or I'm stressed out. It takes awhile to recover it too

This happens to me about once a year. Then once I can relax, it's gradually returns. Welcome to the approach road for middle age! Take the third exit for subcutaneous fat covering your abs. The fourth exit for extra nose and ear hair.

Yes. I'm usually a very horny person, but recently over these last few weeks, life shit seems to have taken away my libido. It takes me longer to get turned on, and takes me a lot longer to cum, which has been frustrating. But I've still been able to enjoy sex once I get going lol. I feel like it's coming back now, which is good, because I was getting worried for a while

Yes. I've experienced that this year when I was working 7 days a week for months on end.

Now my work load/pressure has eased my sex drive is now quickly rising.

It's totally normal for your sex drive to go in peaks and troughs.

Sleep, up your water intake, rest and get out in the daytime. Avoid fatty and salty foods.

If that isn’t helping, try and up your daily steps.
