Hello Ash...I've been trying to go to bed earlier...Not much luck just logging off of Fab earlier. 
At least I'm sleeping better with less fatigue...all I did was try to eat 130 grams of protein a day.
Next challenge another medication reduction, increase hours at work and increase hours in the gym....it's a health thing.

Mixed. Watched the first two episodes of Manifest on your recommendation. However, one series 1&4 are on Netflix.
It appears I have been blown off for a camping social (face didn't pass muster).

I’m on that 3am one day later gym low, popping Lcarnitine and not being able to lift my arms above shoulder height , asking everyone do they even bench |

Mine will hit my legs about 8pm, I'll be asking people if they even squat, definitely mentioning the new personal best of 130kg and avoiding stairs like the plague |

I hope you are keeping well? Nothing much to report other than the slow progress of refitting my bedroom. Two weeks ago - new bed and mattress. Today, a new pair of matching walnut bedside tables.
I ordered a new kettle. It's all exciting stuff!

Meanwhile my fridge has been making noises and I'm waiting for it to die compeletly before I get...another second-hand one. Lol!
I don't know if I'm cheap or I just use my money for experiences instead of things....
