I can never sleep when I get into bed, my mind goes into overdrive and I start thinking about everything I could be doing rather than sleep. Which is pretty annoying |

I’d happily natter in bed with you! It’s been a game of two halves, lovely Friday night and Saturday nights out, but not feeling well today (time of month) and am in a lot of pain. Gahhh!!

Glad you had a good one but ah god, I empathise! It’s no fun at all, although I do consume copious amounts of chocolate at the time of the month.

Oh I love talking in bed, all soft tones about nothing in particular and then increasingly more open and honest as the night goes on.
It's why I love talking to people late at night, there's a certain vulnerability and gentle tones that are afforded by the cloak of the witching hour and beyond. |

If I'm in my own as usual, I read a book or check who's near on fab. Or both. Then fall asleep at 4 am. Sometimes 5 am.
If I'm not on my own, I do my octopus impression then fall asleep. With luck I don't snore too much. |

I 100% agree. I FaceTimed in bed with a dear male friend for 3hours during the night the other week and we just talked so openly and candidly it was amazing. And completely not sexual. |
