Are you me? Do you think a trio of desserts is a good idea in principle but left disappointed by the size of each stupid morsel?
Well hate no more! If you could have a trio of full sized desserts, what would you choose?
I'd go for a slice of Biscoff Cheesecake, a glazed ring doughnut, and a chocolate brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream |

Some of my favourite, there are lots more though.
Prosecco & Raspberry Posset
Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte
Madagascar vanilla baked cheesecake
Apfelkuchen
Loukoumades
Chocolate truffle
French lemon tart
Pasteis de nata
Baklava
Churros
Apple and calvados creme brulee
|

Biscoff ice cream.
A chocolate eclair.
And (I can't believe it's not been mentioned yet) vagina. Or sex on a plate. As sweet as you make it, appetite satisfying and done right it's lip smackingly good. |

Oops, missed this!
Ah the sundae, yes, well…
This is where I stray from fruit because sundaes need to be bad. Baaaaaaaad. And no, that doesn’t mean I want a sheep in it.
The glass needs to be frozen so the treat stays cold as long as possible. The inside of it should be coated in caramel. At the bottom, a brownie chunk because it soaks up the melting ice cream and sauce. It’s an amazing final morsel.
On top of that, alternating layers of good quality vanilla and chocolate ice cream with chunks of honeycomb, M&Ms and meringue.
It should be topped off with decent whipped cream, chocolate fudge sauce, sprinkles, at least three flakes and a sparkler.
Happy birthday, Felix!! Mmmmmm…. |

I was originally going to name many more; then remembered it was a trio of desserts.
I can't eat a lot in one go so I'd eat a spoonful or two of many desserts over the course of an evening.
I like so many, it's difficult to choose three. |
