Unless "Windrush" did happen, we would never have had a health service that was the envy of the world. We wouldn't have had a fully functioning bus service nationwide. We wouldn't have had a fully functioning rail service nationwide.
Notice that i have said this all in "past" tense. Nearly all governments since the late 1960's have pissed this all up the wall and ignored not only what we did have, but what we could have now..................which of course is none of the above. |
