When you need to have a self talk ? 
I've realised today I only address myself either with my full first name (no cutesy names) or you fucking idiot.. what did you do that for..

Shortened version of my name. I don’t like calling myself my full first name or being called it (except by strangers work colleagues or people that know me on those levels) |

Yeah likewise my internal dialogue is “FFS, Dan*, what are you doing..” so I do use my own name when talking to myself
(* actually Dan is a pseudonym, I use my real name, Zebedee) |

I try and avoid calling myself negative names. Or anyone else for that matter. So I usually give my self a little pep talk using positive words. Awesome, amazing, great, brilliant. |

I have a bizarre friendship where we use each other for self-talk.
We both use our full first names when it's time to be assertive. Different pet names when it's time to be nurturing, supportive, fun etc. |
