Plenty clubs around, most weekend opening times though, club section has website links to all clubs which will tell you location and opening times |

I think chams is your best bet being just of the M6 it's easy to get to from Coventry
Would be idea to ring them first though as you do need to be a member and have heard that it can be a problem getting single guy membership so would not advise just turning up
