It's awful when life is so bad, but keep going as it usually doesn't stay shit for ever.
I've been really low in the past, but after seeking help via GP and counselling things gradually improved.
Hope you feel a little brighter in the morning and speak to your GP or phone samaritans or a mental health helpline if you are really struggling.
Life will not always be this rubbish |

People often have the misconception that life is supposed to be amazing and easy mostly due to social media these days only seeing the good times and fake times and it effects people who aren't having that same experience .. life is meant to be hard my friend nothing easy is worth while .. dog your heels in dig deep and crack on mate try not to think of the bad things in life they will fade eventually .. be in control of your mind you've got this mate .. there's kids in Syria who's parents have been blown up and they still get up and bake bread to sell on the street in hope to have enough money to buy a pair of shoes one day |

Why should we have downs? I’ve had enough of the downs, I want nothing but ups and others should have the same type of life.
It doesn’t always happen, but I’d sure as hell like to have a life without these downs. |

At the moment it's all downs everyone going through the same shit all news is depressing but what can we do like some say there is people on the streets with no homes that's fucked up |

Life does have a habit of making things feel this way. Today is a particularly hard day , my dad died 5 years ago this morning, mum is in the clutches of dementia which makes every day a challenge and plus it’s going to be a really tough day at my job. The bad times always pass , that’s what I believe anyway  |

You've posted before about your wife who looks after your domestic needs and all the money you have. Seems you have a lot to be thankful for.
Brain chemistry doesn't always cooperate, though. I get that. Perhaps you should consider therapy? |
