Undiagnosed but usually comes with the neurodivergent package deal, along with severe migraines.
I don't have flair ups too often but when I do it's really miserable. Sofa, painkillers and gentle yoga if I can manage it. Stress is a big trigger for me so If I can bring my stress levels down it helps a bit, much easier said than done when youre in pain though.
Take it easy x |

No but if I have headaches and migraine I take paracetamol instantly if that doesn’t work within 15 mins I take Sumatriptan 50 and it’s gone in 15 mins normally.
Ion Dubai I use walk in oxygen cafe not found then here but you can buy oxygen on Amazon for migraine, i tried it here, it also shifts it within 10-15 mins |

Interesting. I find CBD helps with the migraines. I have some cans of that “Trip” drink in the fridge.
That, a glass of water, and a lie down in the dark - maybe with some Chillout tunes. |

Been used a long time even on the NHS but the can I bought on Amazon was just as good as as the machines in cafes/hospitals you just have to keep pumping it rather than sit & breathe as normal . Migraine / cluster headache is caused by lack of oxygen to the brain |

Jay here,
Not fibro but Polymyalgia, I'm also a chronic cluster headache and chronic migraine sufferer.
Bad days... I do cry sometimes! I don't know how I do it but I just get through even though during a cluster attack I wanna jump of something very high! (Gladly I'm in no state to find something high!)
Remembering each time that last time I got through it and it will pass and get a bit better. |

Oxygen and triptans are the first line of abortive for cluster headaches.
I have home oxygen as well as sumatriptan Injunctions which I carry everywhere with me. |

No one knows the cause of cluster headaches. If we did I may not suffer any longer |

It depends what I have to do that day.
I try to exercise a little or just rest, depending on how much energy I have.
I've hit a wall today and am going to have a hot bath later.
I'm too tired and aching to run a bath so I'm going to snooze. |

I recently realised that gluten was a huge trigger for me. Since I've cut gluten out the amount of migraines I get has gone way down. They were near constant for a while |

You have my sympathies. I had these after a bad car crash years ago. They don’t call them “suicide headaches” for nothing.
I can’t take sumatriptan, so nothing helped.
Thankfully I just get the odd visual or tinnitus these days. |
