....no. not pizza.

Is it socially acceptable to wear a shirt with pineapples on it?

Is it 'situationally dependent'?

I mean, possibly not the first choice of attire for attending a funeral (unless said dearly departed was fucked to death in a gangbang scenario) but is it something you could get away with in more relaxed environments or would you just think 'look at that twat in the fruit shirt'?

Beyond the Wall

One big one, many smaller ones?

Whats the colour of the shirt and pineapples?

Long sleeve, short sleeve?

Type of collar?

Tucked in or out?

What trousers and foot wear are you combining it with?

Any other extras, hat, glasses, scarf etc.?

for a penny

I have no opinions on this, just to say I wouldn’t be that twat.

I’m thinking Hawaiian type. However, a dark tee shirt with a single pineapple might be OK.

I hope you haven’t bought the shirt before seeking approval from fab.

Shit! I (I mean he, obvs) hadn't considered the accessories.

Short sleeved, lightweight, collared shirt, mainly white with multiple pineapples in a variety of colours. Wouldn't be worn tucked in. Needs to hide my (sorry, his) gut.

Of course!! Go for it - wear whatever you like and feel comfortable in. Own it, baby!!

I’m heading out into town in a minute and I’ll be wearing my ‘Sydney University Research Department’ t-shirt (talk to NotSoPosh to order) and it always amuses me wondering whether someone will recognise the context and smile at me.

Thanks! Decision made. (His, not mine, obvs)

Now just need to work out what I'm (I mean he's) wearing with it.....

At least I'll (he'll) be easy to spot. And avoid.

.

Please be that twat in a fruit shirt.

1) You'll be memorable.

2) It'll be easy to spot you.

3) I'm here for the self referential douchiness of wearing a pineapple shirt where some might get it.

Either pineapple on a shirt or solely doughnuts adorning your body.

Being that twat is the easy bit.

But it's on a hanger ready and waiting.....

It seems that matching hawiian style shirts and shorts combinations are the style of this summer so you, I mean, your friend, could try a pair of tailored Bermuda shorts in the same fabric, or maybe, a single complementary colour for a less cutting edge look.

My legs...I mean his, obvs....are a wee bit battered at the mo so it'll probably be teamed up with some chinos and weather dependant a jacket.

Now just need to find a pineapple hat....
