Understand what you saying mate been there I just replaced alcohol and fornicating with burying self in work, still days are up and down some days I dream of past other days I’m excited at the thought of starting new chapter which someone when/if opportunity arises

Alcohol won't help! But i know what you mean, I'm going through the grief process as it's only 5 months ago it's the adjusting that's hard. Everyone is different how they grieve and cope etc sending you friendly hugs xo |
