Fresh crusty bread, preferably wholemeal, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, raw peppers, spring onion, coleslaw, pickled onions,potato salad, branston, sliced ham and a sliced apple. |

To me, a ploughman's is a plate of salad and accompaniments, not a sandwich, so I can have as much on the plate as I like! |
