There's a wrestler call Finn Balor. When I joined the gym, his body was my inspiration because I thought that would be something that was achievable. How wrong I was even about that  |

And never got there,
The man the legend, Louis Simmonds my hero "
I met Dorian Yates in his prime and I just couldn’t get over how thick his body was. I was training heavily at the time and the photo we had together I looked like a stick

I like dad bods I just don't find the toned muscles busting gym look appealing at all. I have dabbled in both though and dad bods stay winning on every front 
Please don't jump in my inbox on this basis , stay on thread please. |

I like lots of types. I think my fave is rugby build and a "dad bod". I'm so crushed up at the minute for some man who has the most delicious dad type body. I don't mind a bit of fat.
I do like the Henry Cavill type of body too I'm not going to lie, but if I like the man I'll pretty much devour the body attached and love every moment.  |

Depends if you're looking to attract guys or women or other.
The only people that care about body building bodies are other guys.
Brad Pitt in fight club look if you want the best chance to get laid from your body. Don't tell gym bros though they can't handle that it's just low body fat and big triceps.
Bear or dad bod, same thing if you want very feminine presenting women or guys or in-between. The unspoken rule is that there's actually quite a lot of muscle in a sexy dad bod/ bear.

Dorian’s mindset and approach to training were second to none as well as how dense and hard he was onstage. Only recently is science starting to show a lot of the things Dorian was saying in the 90s training wise to be spot on |

Even looking at his training video look at Leroy on his own you can see he’s a big bloke but looks like a kid next to Dorian haha |

I’m going for the Tom Hardy in The Dark Knight Rises look. Big arms and shoulders but a bit chunky because I love my food. I’m currently sporting the extra chunky version but the cut started today. |

Gym body ? In my opinion you'd go a long way before you'd see a shape like the one Rocky had in Rocky 3, personally l'm happy with the one l have,never been in a gym but use my own body weight for exercise,happy to do that , when lm tired l stop , l listen to it ,rest when l feel l have to rest.
..by the way if you haven't seen Stallone's shape in Rocky 3 check it out ..as we'd say in Ireland..some shape |
