Don't like the artist/s....love the track?

Torquay

There are many solo artists that I really wouldn't normally give the time of day to....but I absolutely love One of their tracks.

So my question is, do others find this?

I'll start it of with.....Amy Winehouse, really couldn't abide her and never liked almost all of her stuff....but love her singing 'Will you still love me tomorrow'

Although I’ve nothing against Sir Cliff, I wouldn’t claim to be a fan of his music….

However I find his version of “True Love Ways” utterly sublime….

Nope, I can point you in the direction of a number of men that feel the same about her.

On a slightly different tangent, I loved most of The Smiths music but can't stand Morrisey's voice on any of them

Vast, are a duller than dull band but 'Touched' is a great track

I think most bands and artists have one goodie up their sleeve... unless they're Ronan Keaton

Four from me...

The Levellers..no time for all that leftie swampy politics...but by christ they make some cracking music..

Frankie gos to Hollywood...again, not my cup of tea, but their version of Roadhouse blues is the dogs danglies!

Paul Weller...moody git, but puts down some cracking stuff..

And finally a band called The Cardiacs...cant stand anything they have done, but their first single called 'Is this the life' is probably one of my favourite ever choonz...

viva la vida-coldplay. love the song, think they are the dullest, most over rated band of all time.

also as someone said above, dakota by the stereophonics,is a fantastic track.by a less than average band.
