Hitting your elbow against a door as you're walking past it.
Being serious, breaking up and saying let's just be friends is easy for me. It's what leads to that that hurts more - the lies, the realisation too much has happened.
Oh and brain freeze when you drink iced coffee too quickly. :D |

Many, many, MANY things!
Watching someone you love suffer, losing a child, losing a loved one.
But for someone who hasn't experienced worse, I can see why a break-up would feel like the end of the World. |

Emotionally, losing my mum and gran, nothing will ever come close and being physically hurt by someone meant to protect me.
Physically, sacroiliac joint dysfunction and slipping disc in my back causing a major muscle spasm …… way worse than labour!

A break up does hurt, absolutely ,a person's heart is not to be fucked with ..BUT ..BUT. .on the scale of what can happen ..and does...to people in life , breaking up pales very much into significance. |

The run up to the break up, the bit where you have accept its not working and you see and feel it breaking. Where it shatters you and you have to make a decision to leave.
That bit hurts. |

A break down in a relationship is far worse than a break up, if a relationship is over end it, life will get better as time goes on, whereas a break down stuck in a toxic relationship is far worse for your mental health and well-being . |
