"Love... most accents. It's more about the voice and timbre. I really like Italian and RP/Home Counties and Geordie currently.
Dislike? I'm not foolish enough to post that. "
I have a really strong Italian accent
It will never go away |

I love all accents to be fair, I find them interesting. I wouldn't say there is a specific accent that makes me go week at the knees but there is definitely one persons voice that makes me do things I have no control over |

I like well spoken. Accents in general don't really do it for me on their own.
Some people's voices have more of an effect than others though but that's mostly because I'm attracted to them already. |

I really like very distinctive and expressive accents like Scouse and Glaswegian.
Love the Aussie accent too, think it's just a very friendly and laid back tone.
I don't have an accent that I really dislike as long as it's "authentic" I don't like when someone sounds fake |

I think it's more an individual's tone and content, rather than accent as such. Only thing is that I have some difficulty in conversation with anyone that is very softly spoken, due to being too close to the speaker stacks at rock concerts which has left me with a touch of tinnitus. |

Love all foreign people speaking English. The "accents" I love.
On the English side...
Love Scottish and Liverpool men's accents, intensely dislike Geordie accents |

Scottish accents are my favourite.
Being biased, I also love many Welsh accents (there’s a fair variety). Big thing for Northern Irish too.
I don’t dislike any - for every accent, there are people that sound great.

People who won't say what they dislike I am CURIOUS
Is it either...
Option a) worried your opinion will hurt someone here and think their opinion of you will change because you're the best?
Or
Option b) you genuinely hate no accent, which would surely be untrue?

"Early results are showing no love for Black country and Birmingham accents."
I actually quite like that accent, it's quite distinctive.
And yes, to my ears, the Brummie and Black Country accents sound the same. |

I'm a sucker for an Irish accent, any from North to South.
I grew up in the South East of England and not a particular fan of my own accent. That Estuary English/Kent/Essex/London thing doesn't do anything for me.
The South West accent makes me laugh, so that can be a turn on.
The South African accent is a bit of a turn off, sorry. Just something I don't enjoy. That said I did date a South African on.and off for 2 years. |

I don’t dislike a certain accent. And I wouldn’t say an accent is what’s attractive. But some have a voice that can get me hard!
This is why I do online help instead of calling customer service. |

I’ll just stay silent
Bollocks will I
I love voices. There’s not an accent I hate. I find them fascinating and the way certain words sound so different. As long as someone is animated & passionate then their voice is beautiful.
I do love a Southern American drawl though. |

"Dublin guys sound hot!
Southside or Northside? Either! To be fair any Irish guys accent is nice, I do prefer southern even though my dad was from Belfast. Haha "
I think most go for the Northside accent ( Conor McGregor type) , Southside is a bit posh
I have a weakness for the northern Irish accent though |

I really just don't have any ear for accents. Obviously I can tell when people talk differently to each other, but apart from the most extreme types of dialect I find it difficult to even guess what area someone comes from. Hence although on occasion I might hear a voice that somehow grates upon my nerves, I probably wouldn't be able to describe why, and wouldn't be able to generalise to any region. |
