I wanna know what your favourite body part to work out is along with why?

Personally for me it's core, love seeing results although it's been particularly slow (albeit getting there)

My legs bum. Slowly slowly trying to grow them and get bigger bulk. Very hard when you have severe injuries to your legs that inhibit growth

Every little bit helps so I know it will take me about 5 times longer than a non injured person to get growth safely
