My legs bum. Slowly slowly trying to grow them and get bigger bulk. Very hard when you have severe injuries to your legs that inhibit growth
Every little bit helps so I know it will take me about 5 times longer than a non injured person to get growth safely

I get that, at least legs is a priority for you, a lot of people tend to give it a miss Inc myself lol |

I used to love back days, back when I could do pull ups! And dips because I could do a lot. I think you generally like the things you’re good at. These days shoulders, legs not so much, ever! |

Back is good, trying to dip the toes into calisthenics (only started literally a week ago) and boy oh boy is it hard. |
