It was a very intimate gig and ever so slightly sweaty and insane."

Ian Dury & The Blockheads at the Forum Kentish Town.
Have seen them a few time times but this was a benefit concert for their drummer Charlie Charles who had just been diagnosed with cancer and it looked like they were giving their all for him. |

"Saw the Barron Knights in the late 70's they were pretty good "
I've seen some acts too ...
Showaddywaddy, Hot Chocolate, M People - they were good, Jimmy Nail, and loads of tribute bands, some of whom have been brilliant |

Rammstein for me, have seen them a number of times, each gets better and better.
The last band I saw were Steel Panther. I was expecting just a night of daftness and ok music but they were really great, had a brilliant night |

Green day were awesome when I saw them at the bowl.
Also, for what I can remember killing joke were pretty great (I was rather d*unk )
For an intimate gig I'd say Hugh Cornwall of the stranglers was very good. |

Although not music, the boy with tape on his face is excellent live !
One day I will see faithless live as well! If you could see any one past or present who would it be! Xxx |

"Also ac/dc Motörhead madness all top bands live "
Yes! AC/DC are definitely worth seeing!
I've only seen Madness once and due to the weather they were 2 and a half hours late on stage. It really tainted it for me, although from what I remember they still put on a great, albeit short, show. Bad Manners are always worth a shot, and I've been lucky enough to be back stage with them on more than one occasion, and been drinking with one of the band members |

The late great Stevie Ray Vaughan in Manchester blew everyone away
As Handyman has said ZZ Top at MK Bowl were awesome
I have been lucky enough to witness some fantastic performances over the years including Queen, Led Zep, Deep Purple, AC/DC and Pink Floyd to name but a few |

Nightwish the end of last year springs to mind, with Floor Jansen filling in for lead vocals. Great show and musically superlative - not a bum note all night. |

Freddie Mercury Tribute at Wembley, that was an amazing day
Have to agree with ZZ Top at Mk Bowl, 1991 was it?
Springsteen last year at Hyde park (going to Hampden this year)

Meatloaf. Leeds '96 I think.
He asked the audience what song to sing next, and a little girl right at the front shouted out 20th Century Boy. He went to the edge of the stage and explained he didn't sing that song, someone else did. She was really disappointed, so he asked the band if they knew it, his daughter did, so she played it on guitar, he sang it.
Was fantastic. He is such a show man, he is amazing. |

Tina Turner many years ago at Woburn Abbey. I was lucky to have backstage passes and after the show was finished and the crowd gone she went back on stage for the hundred or so that were at the party. Amazing performance. There were songs that she wanted to sing but didnt fit into the 'set' so she sang them for us |

I know Chris fairly well, we used to chat a lot on MySpace and he arranged tickets for me and my daughter, we watched them from the side of the stage with Army Of Freshmen and got given tonsof free merch. They really are in touch with their fans, great bunch of guys.... |

I've seen a few George Michael about 15 years ago who was amazing, gwen stefani was great but the top one has to be Lady Gaga who I managed to see last year on her Monster Ball tour. She's as mad as a box of frogs but utterly fabulous on the stage!! |

I saw The Who several years ago and they were excellent but the best had to be my first ever concert, The Jam, way back in 1982. Fantastic to a 14yr old mod. It set the tone for the rest of my life. |
