Absolutely Always a jar in the fridge. In many parts of the states a pulled pork sandwich is served with a gherkin on the side.

There is no better use for a cucumber than to be pickled.

I have only just been reliably informed that pickles are just small cucumbers in vinegar. For some reason I thought they were there whole own vegetable 'The Pickle'. I love cucumber and I love things in vinegar (well, beetroot) but for some reason I have decided I dont like pickles. Im fairly sure Ive never eaten one either though so Im basing this on nothing tangible
