Say sorry for being a general twat, a bit grumpy, a tad emotional while I've been quitting smoking and nicotine over the past few months.
And if I offended you at any point I'm sorry for that too, I probably deserved blocking.
Would anyone else like to do anything publicly and if so what?

I’m not sure of it’s a compliment or not to say we hadn’t noticed.
Maybe a fiery side suits you, who knows.
Congrats on quitting. The one thing that i found helpful is to remember your reason when things get a little tough but i would say that 6 months is passed that point.

I'm cig free for nearly 8 years now, although I found an unopened pack at an event I was working at couple of years back and it's been in the car glove box in case of serious emergency (impending asteroid collision, alien invasion, being surrounded by a dozen armed bears intent on dismembering me, that kind of thing).
Was nicotine free for 2022 too but am back on the ultra low strength juice at the mo - intend to knock that on the head again soon.
What would I like to publicly announce?
That I've won £100m+ on the Euromillions.

And going nic free again....you've got this. You've done it before so you can do it again. What caused the relapse? I'm curious. I'm aware I could relapse but I'm a stubborn fucker.
I quit years ago for a few months. But an ex boyfriend chased me in his car trying to ram mine off the road. Another driver blocked the road off so I could escape. I bought cigarettes as I was having a panic attack and needed something desperately. I imagine it would take something of a similar level to make me cave in now.

I then sold the half pack and took enough to make one cigarette and kept that in the drawer instead.
I binned that a few weeks later.
I doubt I'll bin my vape for quite some time. |

I think without the vape I'd be smoking, my lungs haven't got any worse using it and I have regular scans and no cough |
