Out of necessity as my downstairs neighbour can hear everything I get up to I usually put on some rock, metal or techno. Something noisy that will drown most of the sound out
Normally nothing as I too like the sex sounds although I did once have sex and the Velvet Underground were on quite low in the background and that was surprisingly conducive to the situation.
