hi, my girlfriend doesn't want sex anymore, only once a week twice a week, some time ago I was doing it twice a day, and she wonders why she doesn't do it so much anymore, she knows I'm here and supports me, can you help me with a advice, what can I do to make it more horrny |

Sex doesn't start with sex it starts with actions throughout the day, are you still as complimentary as you were, still flirt with each other, the random ass grabs, kisses, hugs, date nights etc.... The loss of these things can have a big impact on sex for me.

only once a week is enough for her, I talked to her and we always talk, I'm always horny and I always want something new, she doesn't, we always love each other like in the beginning |

We got no sex either due to health reasons but we have lot of fun .try the fun bit. If the no sex it not a health reason and you both are into each other the sex might come back .but that's down to you talking with her not us . |

Maybe OP if you are talking about sex as in penetration you could try other things that are also sexual.
I don’t think anything anyone can suggest will be of much help without knowing a fuller picture.

When I've been in a regular relationship and my sex drive dried up, it's because a) my stress level killed it, b) the person available to have sex with is upsetting me or stressing me out or not giving me what I need, or c) a health problem. |

I'd go for once a week be a good start I remember back in the day when I was young I had sex 365 times year or more on principle granted that wasn't every day of the year but I was young we have sex all day then so it soon added up for the days you didn't to make my yearly total . |

I think it's quite common for established couples to grow apart sexually
I don't give much thought to how often we have sex
I do so knowing that when we do, it is natural, unplanned or mutually consenting
I would find nothing horny about sex that I thought the other person was just not that into or just going through the motions for me
Go have a wank
When you have a clear head, think about all the positives in your relationship and not the perceived negatives
Concentrate on that
I can't speak for others, but there isn't much that turns me off more than someone pushing me for sex at their pace, not mine |

You're looking at a symptom not the problem. Is she happy, how's her health, stress? Has she young children?
I'm reluctant to suggest any action because I don't know the circumstances. But I will say one thing. Don't having feeling her pressured, that will backfire so quick. |
