Anyone remember the culture of the 60's and 70's cafes? Bikers in one ,mods in another, although quite young l used to go in both as my elder brothers were a mod n rocker, fighting all the time .l particularly remember copius amounts of strong coffee, park drive cigs, smell of grease and bacon,and flipper machines with no flippers and prizes at the end of the week for highest score, great music blasting out of dodgy speakers. |
