I must have about 20 different ones, trying to find the optimal size... Eventually settled on two, one that's a nice tight fit but I can't wear for more than about 30mins, and one that's a bit bigger (and heavier) that I can wear for several hours including at work!  |

It’s a problem! I’ve got quite a large silicone one which has enough give to be fairly ok.
Others can feel like they’re trying to amputate it. |
