I even put marmite on my toast when having beans on toast.
Whilst the beans are heating up, make two slices of marmite on toast. Add the beans, then apply pepper, then a sprinkle of grated cheese on top.

The Italian grandmas used to use the jus of a roast beef joint to put over a bit of plain cooked spaghetti for the nippers as a quick delicious meal.
Top tip for an alternative is to use Marmite.

Yes!!! It makes it taste like peanut butter which has been made with dry-roasted peanuts.
