I’m afraid Most of us go boring but affective chicken and rice or substitute in veg if going zero carb, lean red meat or fattier red meat if allowed fats

Meal prep! There's a guy on YouTube called Joe Delaney who has some awesome recipes, a few of which I've followed and really enjoyed.

Good luck OP

I actually bought a protein recipe book a few days ago for my partner. It's called The Ultimate High Protein Handbook. It's alright actually and has a few ideas for meals. Also, TikTok is surprisingly good too if you type in high protein meals.

And season it, for God's sake it has to taste good

If you’re super lazy muscle food have a load of high protein ready meals. Some are 40g of protein and under 400 calories. Other than that there’s plenty ways to cook chicken breast and serve with veg/rice/pasta.

American footballers eat burritos. Whether you put mice, beans, chicken, rice, cheese in they are essentially a full meal on the go. Just add peppers and salsa

For breakfast made a cottage cheese and spinach frittata, put inside a protein bagel with a slice of light cheese in the middle. 400 cals and 35g protein

around here

There are a series of cook books (7 I think) called the high protein handbook. Full of simple, delicious and very high protein meals. Honestly it's well worth investing.

As it’s said above, chicken and rice. It’s boring but it is what it is.

You could go with some roast chicken and Moroccan couscous. Shakes it up a little

Just switched to very high protein diet. Go musclefood and buy a meat box. I eat steaks a lot with either roasted broccoli, cauliflower topped with melted cheese and chilli flakes. Buy whole roast chickens to save time. Have it with garlic roasted new potatoes. Options are endless to be honest

The liquid egg whites are great for egg white omelettes. I eat normally now but a few years ago my diet was pretty much the above with lots of brown pasta , brown rice and steamed vegetables. The only time I’d have white carbs and sugars was on long run days.

If you’re so focussed on your goals , you just eat for fuel so taste becomes unimportant
