When I'm feeling really down, I go to catharsis not joy.
At one of the lowest points in my life, I played Don't Believe Anymore (Icehouse) on a loop. And cried and cried and cried.
Now it's a reminder that things are not so bad.
I reach for Linkin Park or The Living End when I'm in a ranty angry mood. |

Now it's a reminder that things are not so bad.
