What's the song you play when your down, or fed up.

The song where you go from miserable to a mad person dancing and singing in your kitchen.

Mines Bryan Adams summer of 69 and yes Air guitar makes an appearance.

Manchester (she/her)

When I'm feeling really down, I go to catharsis not joy.

At one of the lowest points in my life, I played Don't Believe Anymore (Icehouse) on a loop. And cried and cried and cried.

Now it's a reminder that things are not so bad.

I reach for Linkin Park or The Living End when I'm in a ranty angry mood.

It's good that you have a reminder. Hopefully you smile now when you hear the song.

It's a dull ache now. I still reach for it when I'm sad though.

Having come out of it it helps my process of catharsis
