Out in force these last few weeks.
Where I live there are several that drive down our street blasting their tunes.
£1.70 for a small ice cream with a flake.
How much does your ice cream man charge?

My husband came home from work Thursday and the first thing he said was "I've been stood up". Turns out the ice cream van failed to turn up at the industrial estate that day. He's been buying an ice cream every day and has been given the nickname at work of Mr Whippy.
I believe it costs him £2, and that's with a flake and strawberry sauce. |

And why don’t ice cream vans hang around long enough? By the time a kid has heard the jingle, run to find mum or dad, had the argument about it not being too close to dinner, begged them to hand over some money, got their shoes on, run through two lanes of traffic and got to the van, it’s always gone! |
