That's exciting or interesting to you or makes you happy. Even if you think it'll bore the pants off anyone else. Absolutely anything, hobby related or something you like to geek out over. Go for it.
Here's mine.
I'm currently growing five black velvet alocasia corms that I've taken from my big plant. I'm stupidly excited as they are sprouting like hell and I love seeing the progress. I'd get more excited sharing pics of them than I would of my tits
What's yours? |

Congrats!!
I'm currently attempting (for the umpteenth time) to grow chillis. I'm a shit gardener so it's a major challenge.

I've got so many baby plants growing off the main ones, my dilemma is that I don't want more plants at home, last year I potted loads and tried giving them away but nobody wanted them. I don't want to just pull the babies off and compost them as it feels like killing them, so I just leave them attached though it seems like the main plant's in decline because of them. |

Where to begin?
Climbing Ben Nevis with my son and his friends this Summer. It’s something we’ve talked about for 4 years, waiting for the time when he’d be big enough to manage it.

I have similar issue with my spider plant. I have potted 5 babies and still have 5 attached but the main plant is dying. Do I take the remaining babies off now?! They don't like this heat. I have lost a leaf off my cheese plant too.

Tried last year, my children put them on social media free to collect, we have put them in fete's and thing's in the past, they just aren't wanted, I do cut the aloe off and use it for my skin but even the I feel bad for the plant. |

Could you leave them on the front wall with a sign asking people to help themselves? That's how my dad got rid of his plants when he'd grown too many recently |

I found that book of face has plant swap groups per area. You can advertise in their for free or other and as it's full of plant enthusiasts they are more likely to go.
Also a dangerous group to be in of you like plants too much. You could try your location and see if they have one. |

Eddie from Charles and Eddie fame had a band at 12 with his two childhood best friends, Cliff Burton who went on to be the bassist for Metallica until his death and Mike Bordin who went on to be the drummer for Faith No More |

Yes done that a few times too without much uptake, think I will just have to get tough and kill them. |

I love cooking.
My partner was not born in the uk and i like seeing joy on his face when i cook food from his country of birth.
I try to source a lot of ingredients that was produced where he was born often expensive but worth it.
mostly i get it right first time and he is honest with me if i don't, though thats mainly because his family would cook it different to the traditional recipe. |

With the spider plant I usually cut off the whole arm where it attaches to the plant and repot the babies, I don't tend to leave the arm after taking the babies as I think it damages the plant. |

Thank you, I really appreciate that. I will get onto it later with the kids.

I'm stupidly excited about peaches at work. I go and look in the peach house first thing in the morning to check on their progress, and now the lovely blush is developing and they're no longer green I'm ecstatic. I've never admitted to my peach obsession before

Ultracrepidarian is actually a word for someone giving an opinion on something they know nothing about (probably I should be posting this in the 'Virus' forum!) |

Can you come do mine now? I might have some lemon cake from the co-op to share. But it is actual cake. |

I do this and just leave them on the front window ledge, with a note saying "free plants/cuttings" they soon go. I also share on my local Facebook community page. There are also plant/cutting exchange/swap groups on FB |
