Sometimes people make them in public places, such as the world's first known 1 in London, a few hundred years ago. Perhaps there was an earlier Norfolk one and the idea spread? When there's a better balance between the numbers of those wanting them and those making them, there'll be more smiles around  . Perhaps there are squads that have hitlists and fix them up |
