You have a nosey at the people who’ve checked out your profile….. then you see their status update and it gives you the ‘ick’…. Does it put you off them or do you bypass it ?
There’s some I cringe at and some make me laugh

The worst one that I will never ever forget is...

We are from Glasgow so it was typical Glaswegian slang and I was just like eeeeeeeewwww 
Shame really, as the guy was actually on our hotlist... Made us take him straight off! |

Ha! Clearly only an issue for women on Fab, as either our profiles are never checked out, or else ninja mode is turned on.
In terms of status updates, the ones that would turn me off are usually ones that I have blocked (so I don't see them). Whilst if an 'out of character' update appears, I usually assume that it is a consequence of a game on the Forum.
I like the off beat updates, or those that are cryptic and leave you trying to understand what has led to the comment.  |

But this place is weird, lots of text and not much in between. Crossed wires are common place and to be expected.

It can do. Especially when their profile talks about how much of a gentleman they are but their status reads 'which sluts gonna spread their gash for me, horny' |

This is a slight concern with the forum game of setting a status at someone else's suggestion. 
I see some and think, that'll be your blocked by what could be otherwise potential meets.

I’ve had empty statuses, filthy statuses,playful meaningless/song lyrics/honest and mundane, …
And nothing changes.
