I swim most days all through the year (wetsuit in winter)
It's an amazing sensation. Clears the head and invigorates the body. Lakes , rivers and the sea.
I can't recommend it enough especially at this time 9f year.. |

Ty and yes! I get mh bus pass next month as I retire so can go down on the bus whenever I want! I can cycle down easily but it's the coming back up hill lol x |

I'm not an outdoor swimmer per se as the betting fully changed is a ballache I cba with but I'm definitely in up to my knees as much as possible either on my own or the pups

not been in any lakes, but the sea here is lovely this time of year, so long as you avoid the stinging jelly fish and the nasty weaver fish
