So who's woken up in a hot sticky mess?
I'm laid naked on top of the bed, admittedly not a pretty sight, but heyho.
Be careful out there, wear a hat and plenty of suncream.
Definitely drink lots of fluids.

Morning PP and all. Gorgeous day again, although yesterday started the same, but then in the afternoon the rain, hail, thunder and lightening in and around Harmondsworth was impressive (with flooding of roads and hail the size of golf balls)  |

I woke up sticky…. And then cycled to get myself even more sticky…. And now I get to enjoy a nice cool shower before sitting in my air con office … sometimes the change to office life has its perks

Good morning fabbers.
I woke early again way before my alarm despite wearing an eye mask.it seems to be the way now. I sleep beautifully at the moment.no trouble dropping off like I had before
And it feels good. |
