I was going to say a cheetah so I could run at 60mph, but I’ve already been that fast on a bicycle.

A killer whale (my favourite animal), preferably in one of the pods just off Norway...
I would just swim around, looking at the scenery and the marine life and get a proper close-up view of my family frolicking about.
