I really like the dead man’s fingers rums. You can get quite a few flavours to go nice with pineapple or just go for the plain spiced rum. Malibu is nice with pineapple too |

Bacardi spiced.
It always on offer somewhere.
But, I’ve just bought a Dead Man’s Finger vanilla.
It’s alright, and easily drank straight.
Easily, as in it goes down like it’s been mixed with a soft drink. 
I had a coffee kraken just recently. I’ve yet to find it on a shelf.  |

That Woody introduced me to dark spiced rum with coffee and I've just found it on offer in Tescos! Happy days! Not sure about pineapple and rum, it brings back too many bacardi nightmares from the 80's

Although, some places don't have pineapple as a mixer, which is annoying.

I like lambs spiced Or bumbu rum. If I’m not going with a flavoured rum I’ll go with either of those two |

There’s a story to why Bacardi doesn’t taste the same.
(They sold off their barrels for fresh ones a while ago.  )
Bacardi is what you expect. But if I’m mixing a rum, I’m buying a good cheap one.
But I drink rum straight.  |

We're very fond of Lambs Spiced. Also Bacardi Spiced if we need one without vocal vanilla tones. Helpfully both at £17 for 1 Ltr a ASDA.
Don't like Karken or dead man's finger and not massively keen on captain Morgans. So it's difficult for us to find a Spiced rum we like in most pubs. So another good reason to go to swingers clubs where we can bring the rum we like.

I don't put any mixers in my spirits, unless someone buys me a bottle of blended whisky, then I mix it with Stones Green Ginger Wine.
As for Rum, I'm currently working my slowly through a bottle of Kraken Black Spiced. |

I'm a neat drinker (don't spill a drop *badoom ching*) so these are all tasty smooth rums, feel free to add whatever mixer you like but do try them neat too.
