Just seen the news that former Italiam Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi has died at the ripe old age of 86.
He of the infamous Bunga bunga parties.
A right old randy sod by all accounts and certainly worth a mention on here  |

As to Putin, his changing appearance has caused speculation
