Within minutes of taking my shirt off I was bit by some insect. "I went a walk in the peaks today around youlgreave and went for a dip in the river.., It’s gone 22:00 and I’m currently sitting in a bath of cold water cooling myself down before heading to bed, 20 mins into a 20-25 min dip. That’ll keep me comfy in bed all night as it’s still ready 22 degrees here " Good evening NW..I hope your cold bath helps to keep you comfy tonight... | |||
