I haven’t pegged in years. I’m too weak to take a basket out to the garden nowadays, so it all just gets hung up in the house straight from the washing machine. I’ll sit on the kitchen floor for 20 mins sorting everything into piles (one pile is underwear which gets hung on the over-the-radiator-clothes-horse, one pile is for doors cause I hang big shit over my doors, etc etc) then do it in stages

I find the wooden ones to last longer than the plastic ones. Also, don't leave the plastic ones on the washing line. The sun will weaken them over time and then they'll snap easily.
