Tom is no fan of Australia and now it's leading airline called Quantas is removing the requirements for female staff to wear heels. Both men and women can wear make up too.

Will high heel lovers gravitate to more traditional airlines. What's going on here guys. It's all over the news

No one has posted in the Australia forum for over a year. You could have shown it some love and posted this thread there.

Now that's an airline uniform we'd all love to see!

It's a well known fact that the first thing travellers look for in choosing who to go with is 'do the trolly dollies' wear heels..

Maybe..

I'm sure those who object are more likely to fly Jetstar than Qantas anyway

As long as i get to my destination alive and on time i really couldn’t careless what they wanted too wear. They could all wear yoda costumes and i would still use them.

The uniform has absolutely 0 impact on me and my journey so why should they have such strict requirements.

And? Long as they can get us off the plane quickly in an emergency and be professional throughout, crack on.

Virgin Atlantic did the same and they’re still rated as one of the better airlines to fly with, so clearly relaxing rules on what they wear isn’t having an impact on service.

Heels or no heels... As long as staff are comfortable running up and down the cabin to serve your every desire and need
