In this weather.
Personally I feel for the "roadmen" of East London, because the all black tracksuit (sometimes with double bottoms on), hat and socks with sliders uniform must be an absolute sweat box in these heats.
I've seen quite a few already today, and by 12 they'll be letting off all kinds of odors and be about 6lbs lighter. |

Just to clarify, I'm also an all my life East Londoner, and teen me may or may not have been caught a few times in full tracksuit in blistering heat.
