Salmon quiche and ginger beer. That's for the mid morning picnic whilst boating on the river.
Then back to the brisket, gently smoking on the barbecue overnight, served with pickled chillies, slaw and potatoes cubes roasted in beef dripping. Beer whilst it finishes cooking, then cocktails.
I appear to have woken up inappropriately food oriented today.
