They've been around a while.
Personally if I was a woman I'd be worried about it becoming detached, requiring an urgent trip to A & E for removal. 
Or you could just break out some kitchen tongs and vaseline......

I was looking at fab pictures and I didn’t fully understand what I was I was looking at! A friend had to explain what it was. I have never seen or heard of them before! |

The one I saw was like a hollowed out dildo that the penis was inside of, I’m not sure you would get that lost with it.

Yes I've seen them, not something I'd want to use because would take away sensation. Did have a el toro but that wasn't a extension it was a beaded sleeve but the head of cock was still exposed |
