Doctors performing circumcisions get more tips than anyone.
Aside from that, maybe just ask one? Throwing loads of money at them as a tip may make them feel like a cheap ho0ker.
Of course it'll depend on where you're going as to how successful you are. You could always offer to trade her for some camels and then just not turn up to collect them, citing exorbitant excess baggage fees as a reason you can't take them home with you....
