No.

But I followed a 4x4 the other day with the plate B1 TCM

I'm guessing the DVLA wouldn't allow the 'H' on the end.

I got passed on the motorway several years ago by some Flash black sports car with the plate "M15 SPY"... I remember thinking "I'd expect a spy to be little more covert"

No licence plate for pedestrians and bicyclists yet. so I've never had a licence plate in my life.

There is nothing sadder than a 'personalised' number plate.

People pay the government (IE.tax) for this honour and yet it can be withdrawn by the government at any time.

DVLA own all reg plates outright.you just lease them.

If you notice the top marque cars rarely have them.the car speaks for itself so let's look at K4 TIE in her Nissan micra.
