I'm old we've always had pets... I had my little pal soul mate who stood out from the crowd within that... Family members, friends also. But they didn't share my bed  ... My mum is long-ish term terminal, and declined treatment. So there's that inevitable too going on as well. But I respect her choice & going through the process of 'I'll show you the paperwork you'll need'. Which is becoming more frequent these days |
