"Do regular swingers work out more and eat well because they know they have to show off their body to strangers?
Or does it not matter as it's about your personality, style etc?"
Some do. Some don't.
There's plenty comfortable in their own skin whatever shape or size and also those that aren't happy.
Then there's the ILM's that are 110% all about image.

I work out but still resemble a bruised potato. Mr doesn't really do any formal exercise yet has a lovely slim physique. I dislike my body at lot, but it's equal opportunities dislike. I dislike it in shop changing rooms, at the swimming pool, at the gym and in clubs. So, I just get it out and anyone who finds it offputting can shut their eyes or something! |

Not everyone will like everything and thats fine but im not going to change to try and please everyone
Nothing more attractive than someone who is genuinely confident and happy in themselves |

According to fab lore it's all about personality. However if someone says they don't think they look great loads of people say they look fantastic and they'd happily meet them.
I don't do stuff if it involves hard work even if it does promise to make me look better. I can't really be bothered |

I don't have to show off my body to strangers. I've never had sex in clubs, on cam... you get the idea, that's not going to change any time soon.
I'm not fit, still chubby. I like working out for me, those I'm attracted to like me regardless of my size. I think they might prefer me at my (note my) smaller size because I'm more confident and secure in my body and that means the sex is better. Plus my stamina has increased which really helps with my kink for utterly draining a man. |

Generally, I (Paul) train because I enjoy it, it's good for my mental state and less so because of how I look.
I'm a pretty confident person and have never suffered with body confidence issues. Up until recently that is, I'm currently on the tail end of recovering from a sports injury and have lost a lot of muscle mass and definition.
I have to say, for the first time I've become really aware of how I look and feel a little apprehensive about meeting lately and being naked around strangers.
I'm sure once I'm back training regularly I'll bounce back to myself confidence wise but it goes to show that even care free people can take a knock every now and again. |

The stand up comedian Phil Wang (chuckle) once delivered a line that really resonated with me. He said his body is the intersection of two axis on a graph - X being how much effort he is prepared to put in and Y being what he is prepared to accept.
My line is low on X and high on Y! |

People keep fit and eat well because they want to, swinging makes no difference. Average body sizes are up each year, that’s just the way life is these days.
We like to eat healthy and keep fit so we can let loose when we want to. As we get older, you need to make more effort. |

Its about chemistry and connection to me. I'd rather meet with someone on the same wavelength as me, if there's a spark between us and we all enjoy each others company, then body image shouldn't matter to me or the person or people I'm meeting. |

I workout for me and me only. Swinging has never crossed my mind when I change my diet/routine. I’m also living proof that you can’t out train a bad diet so it would be pointless anyway. |

Exercise?? I thought you said extra fries () .. on a serious note, I have managed to lose around 3 and a half stone in the last year, still a long way to go but I'm actually feeling confident in my skin...which I think is in part to being on fab |

do something because you want to.
dont feel pressured by the way the media and influencers tell you how you should be, train, eat, live etc.
this will make you unhappy. and most would like to get to know the real you. not a false imitation.
take care |
