Have you tried hash brown fries?!! Omg so yummy!! I love roasting new potatoes as well and halfway through cooking when they’re going soft you give them a press with a fork or potato masher and when they’re finished cooking they’re lovely n crispy! |

Cheese and tatey pie. loving the crust and gooey lumps of cheddar.
Mustard mash is posh, with finely chopped roasted shallots on top.
Triple mash is great, being potato mashed with butter and cream, plus a serving of swede and carrot mash, sweetened with a little sugar and a generous dollop of butternut squash, highlighted with a pinch of nutmeg.
Any of these served with a spam fritter and peas.  |
