Yes! I've talked a friend's ear off about it now but later I'll be doing some exercises in preparation for a side job thing he's really helped me with.
I'm very excited. A bit nervous. Quite a bit. It's something I've wanted to do for many years but only recently did I find the belief I could do it. So I'm going for it. |

For some reason the GDPR course is unavailable so instead I'm going to wrap my hands around a purple 'bell for the first time in ages.  I might cry.

I'm so sweaty and out of breath now. My thighs and arse are burning. I also got the rope out and have whip marks all over my arms and legs. I also managed not to pee, I mean squirt  Yay me.
